Conflict screen

  • Conflicted — ACCEPTED. Jack’s Alt Capital participated in the Series A of Serval (a direct init.inc competitor — AI-native ITSM), confirmed by Serval’s own funding announcement listing “Jack Altman + Alt Capital.” This is a real angel/fund check in a competitor, so it is a genuine conflict (not mere career history). Kept anyway per Sazzad, given the very close family tie (Max = Jack’s brother).
  • Lattice (his own company) is HR software, not an ITSM/AI-MSP competitor — not a conflict.
