Twitter/X intelligence — AI ITSM voices (May 2026)
Source report: /tmp/twitter-x-intel-2026-05-11-v2.md (285 lines, ~4,700 words).
Honest limits (read this first)
- X.com primary fetch returns HTTP 402.
- Nitter mirror returns empty content.
- Engagement metrics (likes/reposts) are not verifiable for any tweet from this research harness.
- Every claim is triangulated via Google search snippets + third-party articles + the author’s own LinkedIn/podcast amplification — tagged
^[search-summary-unverified],^[ambiguous], or^[snippet]throughout.

Material correction: “Tal Lev-Ami → Sycamore” did not verify
The wiki’s Sycamore entity was researched with a “Tal Lev-Ami” founder reference. The Twitter/X research pass found that the search-visible Tal Lev-Ami is Cloudinary’s CTO, not Sycamore’s. Sycamore (sycamore.so) is real ($65M seed announced March 30, 2026) but the founder identification needs first-party confirmation. This is a follow-up item.
Sequoia services-as-software thesis (triangulated)
- Pat Grady + Sonya Huang “Agentic Reasoning Era Begins” essay (Oct 2024).
- AI Ascent 2025 (“year of agents”) + 2026 (“This is AGI”) keynotes — with Konstantine Buhler.
- Direct positions: Serval Series B Dec 2025 + Edra Series A March 2026.

Forrester is the buyer-side gravity center (NOT X)
- Will McKeon-White’s blog posts are the canonical analyst frame on AI ITSM:
- He does not have a surfaced personal X presence — the engagement strategy is blog, podcast, paid-report.
Channel observations (facts)
- X is a one-way amplifier, not a discovery channel for AI ITSM. Founders post; engagement is small.
- The high-value posts are the canonical thesis posts — “Agentic Reasoning Era,” “Quiet AI,” Will McKeon-White’s blog series.
- Brett Berson + Pat Grady-style “stewardship” posts are the most-engaged-with VC content in the surveyed set.
- Forrester blog engagement is higher-leverage than X engagement for buyer-side reach; Will McKeon-White is the central analyst.
Follow-up actions
- Verify Sycamore founder identity (Tal Lev-Ami mapping failed); flag founder identification as
^[ambiguous]pending first-party confirmation. - Identify Alex McLeod, Hussain Kader, Eugen Alpeza X handles via LinkedIn / podcast cross-references.
