Siit
Snapshot
- HQ: Paris (with SF presence)
- Category: AI service desk; Slack-Teams-native (overlay pattern, similar architecturally to Risotto and Ravenna)
- Founded: ~2022 ^[ambiguous — aggregators (Tracxn, Crunchbase, GetLatka) and Siit’s own profile list 2021]
- Funding: 5M seed (Nov 2024) by StageOne Capital + Seventure Partners. No Series A 18 months post-seed as of May 2026; possibly capital-efficient (Latka claim of $11.8M ARR by Jul 2025 ^[ambiguous — single source])
- Headcount: ~120-125 FTE (Tracxn 122, LinkedIn 125 discoverable) — ~3x growth from seed close
- Threat level for Init Intelligence: Tier-A — EU-first positioning + dense enterprise customer logos + Aircall-Mafia founder network
Founders (“Aircall Mafia”)
All three met at Aircall (~2016, the French unicorn) and co-founded Siit:
- Chalom Malka (CEO) — ex-Aircall Director of Sales Southern EMEA
- Anthony Tobelaim (CPO) — ex-Aircall Sr. Director Partnership EMEA & APAC
- Dimitri Cabete Jorge (CTO) — EPITECH grad; ex-Keymetrics (PM2/Node.js tooling)
The Aircall lineage is operator credibility: Aircall scaled to $100M+ ARR + unicorn valuation.
Pricing (published surface)
| Tier | Price | AI agents? |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $23 / admin / month (annual) | No |
| Growth | $45 / admin / month (annual) | No |
| Pro | $89 / admin / month (annual) | Yes |
Per-admin (NOT per-employee) — meaningful economics differentiator. 14-day trial. SOC 2 Type 2 + GDPR.
Product velocity
Roughly one major ship per month for 12+ months. Headline 2026 releases:
- Triage Agent (Apr 29, 2026) — full intake automation in Slack/Teams
- Mistral AI as selectable LLM provider (Dec 2024) — distinctive EU-sovereign-AI angle that no US peer offers
- No public MCP-native claim yet despite blog content adjacent to MCP themes
Customer evidence (notably dense for stage)
Public customer logos: Mistral, Monzo, Doctolib, Qonto, AngelList, Spendesk, Cresta, Airalo, Swile + “100+ companies” framing on /about. Disclosed metrics:
- Monzo: 28% deflection / 87% SLA
- Airalo: 50% automated
- Cresta: 30% automated
~70/30 EU/US tilt in named logos. Ramp (named at seed) no longer on logo wall — possible churn or rotation ^[ambiguous].
Why we missed Siit in the initial 8-competitor scope
The initial 6→8 competitor research pass was primarily US-focused. Siit’s EU-first positioning, Paris HQ, and Nov 2024 seed (pre-window for our research) put it outside our initial sweep. The May 2026 new-competitor scan surfaced it.
Cap-table conflict status for Init Intelligence fundraise
- StageOne Capital — French/Paris-based seed fund. Not yet researched against Init Intelligence’s other competitors. ^[needs-research]
- Seventure Partners — French multi-stage. Not yet researched against Init Intelligence’s other competitors. ^[needs-research]
Likely no conflict for Init Intelligence’s likely Series A US-focused round, but worth verifying.
Competitor facts (relevant to the wedge)
- EU presence. Siit has strong EU enterprise relationships (Mistral/Monzo/Doctolib). Comparison points: Atomicwork has ITV-tier customers; Edra is Sequoia-London-led.
- Slack-Teams-native overlay is a saturated pattern. Risotto, Ravenna, Siit, Modern, Unthread, ClearFeed, Wrangle, QueryPal — at least 8 startups in this lane.
- Paris/SF dual-HQ — relatively unusual posture; mirrors Edra’s London-Sequoia angle.
