ClearFeed

May 10 2026 refresh — Tier-B → Tier-A upgrade

Customer base is 5x wider than wiki previously showed: wiki listed 6 logos; reality is 300+ customers with ~25 named case studies. Notable additions: Unity, Zebra, Atlan, Together.ai, Snowplow, Glean, Headout, Sprinto, Last9, Super (2,500+ employee internal-IT deploy). The “infra-AI niche” framing is too narrow — broader buyer base than wiki implied.

Scale disclosed: 300 customers, 25k Slack channels, 1.3M tickets, 6M messages, 10x revenue growth since early 2023. FY25 India revenue: ₹7.18 Cr (~$860K) per Tracxn.

MCP Server launched April 28, 2026 — puts ClearFeed inside the Claude / Cursor / Codex agentic ecosystem. Conceptually adjacent to Atomicwork’s Atom positioning.

Pricing now public: 49 per agent — aggressively bottom-up vs Atomicwork/Aisera enterprise pricing. Confirms product-led motion.

Headcount ~25-30 (sources conflict). Lean for 300-customer base — supports self-serve thesis.

Product expansion: Atlas KB (own knowledge base, not just overlay), Research Agent, DocAssist, Customer Portal, Discord integration, HubSpot/Okta integrations. Now a standalone helpdesk that happens to be Slack-first, NOT an overlay.

Verdict change: Tier-B → Tier-A (broadened customer base + MCP launch + 300-customer scale exceeds Tier-B framing, even before Series A lands). No Series A yet — confirmed across Crunchbase/PitchBook/Tracxn — still $2.7M total, 30 months overdue.

Snapshot

  • Founded: 2021
  • HQ: Bengaluru, India
  • Funding: $2.7M seed (Oct 2023) — Peak XV’s Surge + 8VC
  • Founders: Joydeep Sen Sarma (ex-Qubole co-founder, sold to Idera 2023), Ankit Jain, Lalit Indoria
  • Threat level: Tier-B / borderline Tier-A

Pitch

“Slack/Teams-native helpdesk powered by AI agents.” Converts Slack channels into helpdesks, integrates with Jira SM/Zendesk/Freshservice as overlay or replacement. Internal IT/HR helpdesk and B2B customer support. Customers skew infra-AI / technical buyer: CoreWeave, Astronomer, Chronosphere, Acryl Data, CastAI, BigEye.

Why ClearFeed matters more than the seed amount suggests

  1. Founder pedigree: Joydeep Sen Sarma is the ex-Qubole co-founder (acquired by Idera 2023). Strong operator credibility.
  2. Peak XV (Sequoia India) backing. Peak XV is on Atomicwork’s Series A cap table — meaning Peak XV has an active AI ITSM thesis. They may follow Sequoia US’s “next ServiceNow” framing into ClearFeed’s later rounds.
  3. Customer base is exactly the early-stage technical-buyer ICP that Console targets — direct competitive overlap.

Cap-table conflict signals

  • Peak XV — already on Atomicwork Series A cap table. Conflict-locked there.
  • 8VC — already on Edra seed cap table (co-led with A*) and Series A re-up. Conflict-locked there.

ClearFeed extends both Peak XV and 8VC’s AI ITSM exposure.
